Visit the tokaanu thermal area behind the tokaanu thermal pools, just 5 minutes walk from the motel. follow the path past steaming pools, sulphurous vents, and hot plopping mud pools. the walk is free and takes about 20 minutes on well-formed paths and boardwalks.
